Rich's an accomplished executive with 15 years experience in the machine tool industry specializing in the development and launch of new technologies into the domestic marketplace. Rich joined the GBI team in Jan. of 2007 to launch the Revolution CV Series.

Steve has been involved in the Machine Tool industry for more than 20 years. He has been in Service Management for approximately 10 years. He brings to this position a passion for customer service based on his regional, national and international field service work for both machine tool builders and distributors.
Brian Farno - Service Support
Brian is a skilled member of our Technical Support staff. He is graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Applied Science with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and dedicated to the assurance of quality and precision in GBI products.

Bob is a diversified Financial Professional with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, service and sales organizations ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
