GBI Cincinnati is proud to offer the Danobat TCN line of Universal CNC Horizontal Lathes and the unique Danobat Valvecenter, designed for the complete manufacturing of valve bodies.  Danobat, one of Europe’s leading machine tool manufacturers, has been making CNC controlled lathes since 1975.

 The versatile Danobat TCN line of Universal CNC Horizontal Lathes  can handle a variety of applications.  Danobat design engineers have maximized the TCN’s structural strength by reducing deflection and lowering overall structural weight, producing improved dynamic response and more energy-efficient operation.  The result is unprecedented machining accuracy and efficiency.

The Danobat Valvecenter is a new concept for the economical manufacturing of complete valves and pump bodies.  The Valvecenter is an autonomous flexible CNC machine that consists of a turning unit for turning, facing and boring operations and a drilling unit with 2 horizontal CNC heads for drilling, milling, thread cutting and slotting operations.  When it comes to machining valves and pump bodies, the Valvecenter has no equal.
