Cincinnati Lamb Appoints GBI Cincinnati as Master Distributor for Value Machines Line
HEBRON, Ky December 5, 2003 Cincinnati Lamb (Cincinnati Machine and Lamb Technicon) announced today that it has launched a new Master Distributorship program with the purpose of enhancing its customer support network. GBI Cincinnati, which will manage the new Cincinnati Lamb distributorship program, opened operations in July. The highly trained GBI Cincinnati staff is comprised of former Cincinnati Lamb employees and industry experts with in-depth experience and knowledge in serving the general machining market and job shops.
Cincinnati Lamb, the worlds leading solutions supplier to aerospace and automotive manufacturers continues to develop ways to bring greater value and customer satisfaction to the broad market place.
GBI Cincinnati will serve to strengthen the entire Cincinnati Lamb distributor network by developing new programs and services designed to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the existing distribution sales and service network. A fully integrated Business Operating system and Customer Relationship Management system have been implemented to streamline the interface with each customer.
GBI Cincinnati is independently owned and operated by Kevin Bevan, former Vice President and General Manager of Cincinnati Lambs Value Machine Business. GBI Cincinnati assumes responsibility for marketing and selling Cincinnati Lambs vertical machining centers, fixed table verticals and turning centers in North and South America.
Located in Cincinnati, Ohio, GBI Cincinnati will operate as one of Cincinnati Lambs technical centers providing application support, run-off and customer demonstrations for the Cincinnati Lamb Value Machine line of products.
