New Machine Installation
GBI service actually starts before you receive your machine. So that your new machine can be up and running as quickly as possible, GBI holds review meetings to ensure that your new machine arrives configured as ordered and ready to install.

During the installation, GBI maintains regular contact with the service technician to ensure that the setup goes smoothly. The information gathered during installation check-up calls is also used to continuously improve performance.

When the machine is installed, the technician will go over machine features, options, preventive maintenance, basic operation and programming to make certain that your machine is operating at maximum efficiency.

After your machine goes into service, GBI will contact you to review your perception of the entire sales and installation process. This will include your impression of the salesman, the machine condition and performance, how the machine fits your needs and whether you still have any unresolved issues.

GBI will also perform a six-month follow-up interview in an effort to ensure your long-term satisfaction and success.

Something Extra
When a GBI certified technical specialist visits your facility, he’ll meet with you to review and assess the situation. As machine repairs progress your GBI specialist will also look for ways to improve the machine’s reliability and productivity – to provide you “something extra”. When the machine is ready to resume production, the GBI team will review with you the work performed, state any operational recommendations, and make suggestions to increase efficiency. As a final check, we make a follow-up call to be sure everything is running smoothly.
