Cincinnati V-CNC machines equipped with the Fanuc 21i MB CNC Controls provide full CNC capability at a surprisingly affordable price. The V-CNC is especially suitable for first time CNC users, small sub-contract machine shops and educational institutes, who will find the simplicity of the machine beneficial and ensures the operator spends more time cutting than learning complex CNC systems.
The V-CNC is fitted as standard with a highly specified, customized CNC control, designed with the operator in mind to provide a user-friendly interface to both first-time and experienced CNC users. Many intuitive functions have been designed into the control to place the power at the operator's fingertips, saving time and money in training costs.
The V-CNC is equipped with many features normally only available on more expensive machines, such as automatic chip removal, pre-programmable acceleration/deceleration and cylindrical interpolation for optimum contouring speed and accuracy.
