New V-CNC 500 & 750 Start at a Surprisingly Affordable Price of $49,000
The new Cincinnati V-CNC 500 & 750 provides all the benefits of full CNC capability without sacrificing power, performance and productivity. Designed for flexibility perfect for first-time CNC users, small subcontract shops and educational institutions, the V-CNC is equipped with the new easy-to-use GE Fanuc 21i-B CNC control. The V-CNC 500 has X- Y- Z-axis travel of 510 x 510 x 510 mm. The V-CNC 750 has X- Y- Z-axis travel of 762 x 510 x 510 mm travel. Both provide maximum value for the money and are exceptionally user-friendly.
The V-CNC's feature a 40 taper, 8,000 rpm, 17 Hp spindle and a 21-tool changer with a four second toolchange time. Generous worktables than can handle workpieces up to 1650 lbs.
The V-CNC's feature an acc/dec rate of 3m/sec2, rapid traverse in X-Y-Z axes of 20 m/min and a maximum feed rate of 15 m/min. Both provide positioning accuracy of 5 microns and repeatability of ±1 micron.
Value-added options available to enhance performance include spindle and tool probes, fourth axis interface, automatic coolant, 16 MB part programming package, wash gun, and integral wash chip removal system, in addition to the standard chip auger for the ultimate in chip extraction.
