The revolutionary Datapixel OptiScan H-Class non-contact sensor can be retrofitted to any CMM and comes optional on all Trimek CMMs. The OptiScan obtains a digital copy of the part, simplifying the reverse engineering and inspection processes with 10 times the productivity of traditional touch point systems.

Trimek SPARK CMM
The Trimek SPARK exhibited at this year’s show is a bridge-type CMM, featuring simple, yet robust construction with the use of the most advanced manufacturing technologies. It can be used for CNC measuring, digitizing and scanning. It is available in over 20 configurations ranging from 24x20x20 to 120x60x48 inches.
The machine, built mainly of black granite in its three axis, achieves a high dimensional stability and precise controlled movements. Rugged and durable, the SPARK is ideal for use where undesirable temperature and operating conditions may occur. The measuring system for each axis is mounted on Robax, a thermally inert material, which together with the aluminum bridge and spindle results in fast, accurate measurements with precise controlled movements in the harshest of conditions.
The SPARK is ideal for high accuracy measurements, scanning and digitizing tasks. Therefore, the SPARK finds its application typically in the machining, mould and stamping market. The Trimek SPARK comes standard with the Metrolog II intuitive programmer and operator interfaces, DMIS compatibility and the ability to import formats such as VDAFS-MDI.
