Story

Our Vision

​To realize his goal of creating a highly principled, customer-oriented and technically savvy network for the distribution of metalworking products, Kevin V. G. Bevan founded GBI Cincinnati in July of 2003. Previously Vice President of Cincinnati Machine's Value Machine Business, Kevin assembled a group of experienced, former Cincinnati Machine professionals to staff the new company. Kevin and the employees of GBI are committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and building strong relationships with their manufacturers, distributors and end-users.

Ordering

The process begins as soon as you place your order for a machine. GBI works closely with the manufacturer to schedule the production of your machine, keeping you informed of the machines build progress at regular intervals. After its completion, we supervise the shipment of your machine to ensure that it arrives in the United States safely and on schedule.

Importing

The GBI import specialists take care of all required documentation, so you can be sure your machine will arrive on a timely basis. From the Foreign Shipper's Declaration to Customs Form CF-3461, GBI's experienced import specialists know how to keep your shipment moving.

Delivery & Installation

Upon its arrival in the United States, the machine is immediately shipped to its final destination. When it reaches your facility, GBI's experienced technicians are there to oversee the installation of the equipment. They don't leave until the machine is performing to your complete satisfaction.
